The Court GRANTS the Motion with respect to Plaintiffs' conversion andnegligent interferen ce sub-claims, as well as the Unruh Act and Section 1981 claims. Plaintiffs' conversion claim is DISMISSED without leave to amend. Plaintiffs' negligent interference, Unruh Act, and Section 1981 claims are DISMISSED with leave to amend. The Motion is DENIED in all other respects.Plaintiffs have fourteen (14) days from the date of this Order to file a First Amended Complaint. Defendant has 10 days thereafter to respond. (lc) |
