ORDER CONSOLIDATING VARGAS AND KLIPFEL ACTIONS by Judge Andre Birotte Jr.: Upon the parties' Stipulation, the Court ORDERS that the instance cases, Vargas, et al v. Ford Motor Company, Case No. 2:12-cv-08388-AB (FFMx), and its related, second-filed action, Klipfel et al v. Ford Motor Company, Case No. 2:15-cv-02140-AB (FFMx), are hereby CONSOLIDATED FOR ALL PURPOSES. The Vargas action shall be the surviving action, and the Klipfel action shall be closed upon the issuance of this Order. Henceforward, all filings shall be made in the Vargas action.
