ORDER by Judge Stephen V. Wilson: Upon Stipulation 26 , the Court orders as follows: A Settlement Agreement has been reached which resolves all matters between the parties arising out of the claims asserted in the Complaint. The Notice of Dismissal 23 voluntarily dismissing Defendants Apple Inc., Amazon.com, LLC, and Amazon.com, Inc. without prejudice is vacated. The Complaint is dismissed with prejudice as to all defendants. Each side is to bear its own costs and attorney's fees. ( Case Terminated. Made JS-6. ) (gk)
