Plaintiff's claims against defendants SPS, NDS, and Trustee for violations of the FDCPA and the Rosenthal Act, as well as her claim in equity for quiet title and/or to set aside the trustee's sale for wrongful foreclosure, are hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE as to SPS, NDS, and Trustee. All of plaintiff's additional claims asserted in the FAC as to all defendants are hereby DISMISSED without prejudice, as plaintiff did not have leave of Court or consent of the parties to file an amended complaint asserting these additional claims or adding additional defendants not named in the original complaint.
