ORDER GRANTING IN PART DEFENDANTS' MOTION TO DISMISS 15 AND DENYING DEFENDANTS' MOTION TO STRIKE 16 by Judge Otis D. Wright, II. For the reasons discussed above, the Court (1) GRANTS Defendants' Motion to Dismiss with respect t o Plaintiffs' § 1983 claims without leave to amend 15 , (2) sua sponte dismisses Plaintiffs' remaining state law claims without prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1367, and (3) DENIES as moot and without prejudice Defendants' Motion to Strike 16 .IT IS SO ORDERED.
