Sidney Potter's complaint in its entirety, and granted withprejudice PNCFSG and CompuGain's Motions to Dismiss Plaintiff's wrongful termination claim. The Court granted with leave to amend PNCFSG and CompuGain's Motions to Dismiss the breach of contract and breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing claims. The Court allowed Plaintiff 14 days from October 20, 2015 to amend the complaint. Plaintiff has chosen not to amend his complaint.
