MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS) COURT ORDER by Judge Percy Anderson: Defendant Boston Scientific Corporation (Boston Scientific) recently removed the above listed cases to the Central District of California from Los Angeles Superior Court. The Court has design ated this case, Stacey Ashcraft v. Boston Scientific Corp., Case No. CV 15-6666 PA (PLAx), as the lead case and the parties have agreed that the Motion to Remand filed in the lead case shall apply to all of the cases listed above. The Court has revie wed both the Motion to Remand (Docket No. 21) in the lead case and Boston Scientifics Opposition to that Motion. The Court concludes that it requires no additional briefing. Pursuant to Rule 78 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Local Rule 7 -15, the Court finds that this matter is appropriate for decision without oral argument. The hearing calendared for October 19, 2015, is vacated, and the matter taken off calendar. The Court remands these actions to Los Angeles Superior Court in Case Nos. BC515042 (and the appropriate alpha suffixes) and BC531849 and the appropriate alpha suffixes. Case Remanded to Superior Court of California, Los Angeles County, BC515042-A. MD JS-6. Case Terminated.
