Gee.Pursuant to the Scheduling and Case Management Order, pretrial documents are due 21 days before the date of the pretrial conference 19 . The due date of September 27, 2016 has passed and no pretrial documents have been filed in this action. Accordingly, the Court, on its own motion, orders Plaintiff to show cause in writing on or before October 14, 2016 why this action should not be dismissed for lack of prosecution for failure to comply with Court Orders. No oral argument will be heard unless ordered by the Court. This action will be dismissed if Plaintiff's response is not filed by the date indicated above. (iv) |
Filing 15 MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS) - ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE RE IMPOSITION OF SANCTIONS by Judge Dolly M. Gee. Defendant is ordered to show cause, in a written response filed by no later than January 11, 2016, why sanctions should not be imposed for his failure to c ooperate in the filing of the joint report. Failure to timely file a written response to this Order will result in the striking of Defendant's Answer and entry of default. The filing of a proper Joint Rule 26(f) Report by the above deadline will be deemed an adequate response. The January 15, 2016 Scheduling Conference is VACATED and will be rescheduled if necessary.
