Real: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Securities and Exchange Commission's ("SEC") Motion for Entry of Final Judgment Against Defendant Robert Seibert, a. k.a John Grey 23 is GRANTED. IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Defendant is permanently restrained and enjoined re Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Exchange Act") [15 U.S.C. Section 78j(b)] and Rule 10b-5 promulgated thereunder [17 C.F.R. Section 240.10b-5], Section 17(a) of the Securities Act of 1933 (the "Securities Act") [15 U.S.C. Section 77q(a)], Section 15(a) of the Exchange Act [15 U.S.C. Section 78o(a)], etc. IT IS FU RTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Defendant is liable for disgorgement plus prejudgment interest of $559,169.82, representing profits gained as a result of the conduct alleged in the Complaint, and a civil penalty in the amount of $ 513,810.00 pursuant to Section 20(d) of the Securities Act [15 U.S.C. Section 77t(d)] and Section 21(d)(3) of the Exchange Act [15 U.S.C. Section 78u(d)(3)].
