Before the Court is United Medical Devices, LLC and United Convenience Supply LLC, Jimmy Esebag, and Nicholai Allens (collectively, Moving Parties) motion for partialsummary judgment, see Dkt. #133 (Mot.). Blue Rock Capital Ltd., Espro Investments Ltd., Megacor Investments Ltd., Kiran Sales Ltd., and Quick Drinks Company Ltd. (collectively, Blue Rock Parties) opposed, see Dkt. #135 (Opp.), and the Moving Parties replied, see Dkt. #137 (Reply). The Court finds the matter appropriate for decision without oral argument. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 78; L.R. 7-15. Having considered the arguments in the moving, opposing, and reply papers, the Court GRANTS the motion in part and DENIES it in part. (SEE DOCUMENT FOR FURTHER DETAILS). For the foregoing reasons, the Court GRANTS the Moving Parties motion for summary judgment of the Fourth (Failure to Disclose/Concealment), Fifth (Intentional Misrepresentation), and Sixth (Negligent Misrepresentation) claims. IV. Conclusion In sum, the Court: A. DENIES summary judgment on the limitation of the Moving Parties liability to$50,000; B. DENIES summary judgment on the First claim (Breach of Contract claim brought by Megacor); C. GRANTS summary judgment on the Second claim (Breach of Contract claim brought by Kiran); D.
