Filing 30 MINUTES OF Motion Hearing held before Judge Christina A. Snyder RE: Defendant's Motion to Enforce Settlement and Dismiss Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint 9 . the Court construes "applicable withholdings" to mean that defendant must withhold taxes pursuant to the exemptions that plaintiff claimed on her W-4 and therefore, DENIES defendant's motion to construe the agreement otherwise. The Court further orders defendant to pay $15,030 within ten days of the date of this order. Each side shall bear its own attorneys' fees, but plaintiff may seek to recover costs. In the event that $15,030 is not paid within ten days, the Court reserves the right to consider whether sanctions are appropriate. Court Reporter: Laura Elias. (gk) |
