ORDER OF DISMISSALBY LACK OF PROSECUTION by Judge Manuel L. Real. Plaintiff was ordered to show cause in writing no later than September 19, 2016 why this action should not be dismissed for lack of prosecution as to Defendant NBS Default Services LLC 21 . Plaintiff was ordered to file a request for entry of default as an appropriate response. In response, Plaintiff submitted a document entitled "Plaintiff's Answer to Order to Show Cause Filed on 09/12/2016 Submitted on 09/19/2016"; however, Plaintiffs response fails to appropriately respond to the Courts Order. WHEREAS, the time the Court provided has elapsed and Defendant NBS Default Services LLC. is the only remaining defendant in this matter.The Court hereby DISMISSES this instant action for lack of prosecution. JUDGMENT by Judge Manuel L. Real: On 8/3/2016, this Court entered an order granting the Motion to Dismiss filed by Defendant CitiMortgage, Inc. as to Plaintiff Michele L. Johnson-Burnett's First Amended Complaint in its entirety 14 . IT IS THER EFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that this action is dismissed with prejudice. It is further ordered that judgment be entered in favor of Defendant and against Plaintiff as to each and every cause of action in this matter, and that Plaintiff take nothing by way of her claims against Defendant.
