Danaei failed to respond within the deadline. Thus, the Court dismisses Danaei's remaining DMCA claim and claim for declaratory and injunctive relief against Rostam. (See Order re: Defendants' Motions to Dismiss 6, ECF No. #63 .) As a result, the only remaining claims in this action are Proud Holding, LLC.'s First Amended Counterclaim against Danaei. (pso)

Upon review of the email and social media accounts provided by Danaei in his July 29 filing, the Court finds that none of the accounts can reasonably be presumed to belong to Rostam.
