FINAL JUDGMENT AND PERMANENT INJUNCTION by Judge Manuel L. Real: The Court granted the Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Plaintiffs DISH Network L.L.C., EchoStar Technologies L.L.C., and NagraStar LLC on 3/22/2017 41 . Accordingly, the Court here by orders that Judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiffs on Count III of the complaint. Defendant shall pay damages in the amount of $10,000 to Plaintiffs. Defendant, and any person acting in active concert or participation with Defendant that receives actual notice of this judgment, is hereby permanently enjoined from circumventing or assisting others to circumvent Plaintiffs' security system, or otherwise intercepting or assisting others to intercept Plaintiffs' satellite signal.
