CONSOLIDATED JUDGMENT by Judge Michael W. Fitzgerald. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that: Judgment is entered for Gracing Inc. d/b/a Grace in LA and against Defendant E.K. Blue, Inc. d/b/a Keya Jeans on Grace's copyright infringem ent claim, in the amount of $150,000.00 in statutory damages. In conformance with the Court's prior Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion for Award of Attorneys' Fees, Grace shall recover from Keya attorneys'fees in the amount of $47,837.25 and costs of $400.00. Judgement is entered in the total sum of $198,237.25. (iv)
