Filing 14 ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFFS MOTION TO REMAND 9 AND DISMISSING INDIVIDUALDEFENDANTS by Judge Otis D. Wright, II: Because the Court finds that Defendants Najla Rabadi, Sara Majidian, and Rita El Hage were fraudulently joined and the amount in c ontroversy exceeds $75,000, it has subject-matter jurisdiction over this action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332. The Court therefore DENIES Kaldis Motion to Remand. (ECF No. 9.) Furthermore, based on the foregoing analysis, the Court DISMISSES Rabadi, Majidian, and El Hage from this action with prejudice.
