Within thirty (30) calendar da ys of the effective date of this Order, Defendant shall pay a total of $60,000 to the United States Treasury as a civil penalty pursuant to 50 USC section 4041(b)(3) and 28 C.F.R.85.3(b)(4), to vindicate the public interest.
