September 4, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 185 (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER RE PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT (DKT. 176) by Judge John A. Kronstadt. For the reasons stated in this Order, the Motion is GRANTED, subject to the changes that were made following the hearing to the Settlement Agreement and the Notice, which include an increase in the PAGA allocation from $10,000 to $25,000.
