MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS) by Judge Beverly Reid O'Connell: The Court finds that Defendant has amply met its burden of demonstrating that, more likely than not, the amount in controversy in the instant Action exceeds $75,000. Accordingly, the C ourt rules that the amount in controversy and complete diversity requirements are met, and thus, the Court properly has subject matter jurisdiction over Plaintiff's Action. Therefore, the Court DENIES Plaintiff's Motion to Remand. The hearing scheduled for May 22, 2017 is hereby VACATED 10 (rfi)
