The Court ORDERS that judgment be entered in favor of plaintiffs and defenda nt shall be liable to plaintiffs in the amount of $668,694.03which is comprised of $368,209.80 in unpaid contributions, $42,175.14 in employee shareholder contributions, $91,747.44 in interest, $91,747.44 in liquidated damage s, $29,055.38 in liquidated damages and interest on late-paid contributions, $19,875 in audit fees, $25,022.50 in attorneys fees, and $1,131.33 in costs; plus interest, at the rate of 1% per month, commencing when payment w as due and continuing until payment is made.The Court further ORDERS that defendant shall submit to an audit pursuant to the terms of the Trust Agreements for the period beginning May 1, 2016 to the date judgment is entered by the Court.
