CONSENT JUDGMENT by Judge Terry J. Hatter, Jr. IT IS ORDERED that this Consent Decree shall be and is hereby entered as follows: This Court has jurisdiction over the parties to this action and over the subject matter. Plaintiff LA Gem is the owner o f: (1) the Moon Pendant Copyright Reg. No. 1-912-320; (2) the Friend Pendant Copyright Registration No. VA 1-949-422; (3) the Mom Pendant No. 1 Copyright Registration No. VA 1-889-369 and Mom Pendant No. 2. Defendant and its agents, servants, employe es and all persons in active concert and participation with it who receive actual notice of the injunction are herebyrestrained and joined from: Infringing Plaintiffs copyrights in the Subject Designs, either directly or contributorily, in any manner , including generally, but not limited to copying, reproducing, duplicating, purchasing, disseminating, and/or distributing any Accused Jewelry which features any of the Subject Designs, and, specifically: Copying, reproducing, duplicating, purchasin g, disseminating, distributing, advertising, selling, or offering for sale the Accused Jewelry or any other unauthorized products which reproduce, copy, or use the Subject Designs or bear a substantial similarity to any of the Subject Designs.
