JUDGMENT by Judge John F. Walter. ORDERED, ADJUGED, AND DECREED: That for the reasons stated in the Court's Order dated January 18, 2018, Office Depot's motion to dismiss Great Minds' claim for copyright infringement is granted with prejudice 40 , and as stated in the Court's Order dated February 12, 2018, Great Minds' remaining claim for breach of contract is dismissed without prejudice 43 ; accordingly, the case is closed.
