MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS by Judge Otis D. Wright, II: On January 26, 2018, the Court granted West 54th, LLC and Deborah Fiorentinos Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction, or Alternatively to Transfer Venue (Order,ECF No. 31.) In its Order, the Court granted Plaintiff leave to amend within twenty-one days from the date of the Courts Order. (Id. at 12.) Plaintiff did not amend its Complaint, and the Court dismissed Plaintiffs claims against these defendants on February 21, 2018. (Order, ECF No. 32.) The Court also ordered Plaintiff to show cause as to why the Court should not dismissits claims against the remaining two defendants, TIX, INC. and Robert Edminson, for failure to serve them within the period set forth in Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(m). (Id. at 34.) On March 1, 2018, Plaintiff dismissed its claims against TIX, INC. and Robert Edminson. (Not. of Dismissal, ECF No. 33.) Accordingly, there are no remaining defendants in this action, and the Court direct the Clerk to close this case. (Made JS-6. Case Terminated.) (lc)
