Filing 30 CONSENT JUDGMENT OF FORFEITURE by Judge Dolly M. Gee: Upon Stipulation 29 , IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the United States of America shall have judgment as to $63,500.00 of the defendant funds, plus any interest earned on that amou nt, and no other person or entity shall have any right, title, or interest therein. The government shall dispose of the funds in accordance with law. $138,724.00 of the defendant funds, plus any interest earned on said amount, shall be returned to Claimant Mary Hogan no later than 60 days from the entry of this judgment or Claimant's provision to the government of the bank information and personal identifiers described in this order, whichever is later.
