Stephanie Clifford v. Donald J. Trump et al Featured Case

Plaintiff Stephanie Clifford seeks a declaratory judgment that the Confidential Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release; Assignment of Copyright and Non-Disparagment Agreement between her and Defendants Donald J. Trump and Essential Consultants, LLC were never formed, are invalid under the doctrine of unconscionability, or are void because they are illegal or violate public policy.
