Snyder: Defendants SSC, Alexis Kim and Julie Yoon and their agents are permanently enjoined and restrained from violating the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act. Judgment is hereby entered in the amo unt of $135,409.24 against defendants. Within 30 days of the entry of this Judgment, the Defendants will remit the gross amount of $135,409.24 of back wages to the Secretary of Labor, who will distribute amounts to workers listed.
