MINUTES IN CHAMBERS - COURT ORDER by Judge Percy Anderson. Before the Court is the Motion to Dismiss filed by defendant Blue Cross of California d/b/a Anthem Blue Cross (Blue Cross) #12 . The Court has also received the parties' Joint 26(f) Report and finds that a Scheduling Conference is not necessary. The Scheduling Conference currently on calendar for Monday, October 22, 2018, at 10:30 a.m., is hereby vacated, and the matter taken off calendar. For all of the foregoing reasons, the Court grants Blue Cross' Motion to Dismiss. Plaintiff shall file a First Amended Complaint by no later than November 5, 2018. the Court hereby waives the ordinary pretrial requirements and instead establishes the following pretrial procedures and dates. See document for dates. The Court has entered a Protective Order in this action. This case is referred to the Court's Mediation Panel. (lom)
