The parties informed the Court of the status of the vehicle surrender and payment of the settlement funds. Despite defense counsel's prior estimate of two to three weeks to complete the vehicle surrender and make payment, this has not taken place six weeks later. Defendant's counsel informed the Court that there have been delays, including with the third-party processor, Morley.
