Gee: On 8/30/2019, the Court ordered Defendant MML Investors Services, LLC ("MMLIS") to show cause why the Court should not construe the Notice of Dismissal signed by Plaintiff and filed by MMLIS #90 as a stipulation between Plaintiff and MMLIS for the dismissal of MMLIS from this action #91 . MMLIS does not oppose the Court's proposal to construe the Notice of Dismissal as a stipulation for the dismissal of MMLIS from this action. To date, Plaintiff has not filed any opposition in response to the Court's Order to Show Cause. Good cause appearing, the Order to Show Cause is hereby DISCHARGED. MMLIS is dismissed from this action, with prejudice, pursuant to the parties' stipulation. Plaintiff and MMLIS will bear their own costs.
