MINUTES OF IN CHAMBERS - ORDER AND NOTICE TO ALL PARTIES by Judge Dolly M. Gee: Given Plaintiff's allegations, this case is suitable for participation in Loan Modification Mediation through the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Program for the Central District of California. The parties shall adhere to the schedule in the order. By no later than 1/11/2019, the parties shall contact the Alternative Dispute Resolution ("ADR") Program for the Central District of California to schedule a Readiness Conference which shall take place by no later than 2/15/2019. At the time of the Readiness Conference, the ADR Program shall assign an Attorney Settlement Officer (ASO) to this case. The assigned ASO will conduct a Loan Modification Settlement Conference with the parties to take place no later than 3/15/2019. No later than seven days after the Loan Modification Settlement Conference, the parties shall file a Joint Status Report informing the Court whether they have been able to resolve their dispute. This Order shall not affect any pending motions, which will be stayed until further order of the Court. Court Reporter: Not Reported. (gk)
