Wright, II: On December 28, 2020, the Court ordered the parties to file a dismissal that complies with FederalRule of Civil Procedure 41 by January 4, 2021, and advised the parties that [f]ailure to timely comply with th[e] order shall result in the dismissal of this action. (ECF No. 100.) Instead of filing a dismissal, Plaintiff filed a Response to the Courts order explaining that Plaintiff is stillwaiting to receive the [s]ettlement check from [Defendant Costco Wholesale Corporation]. The Court has no interest in monitoring parties compliance with the terms of a settlement agreement. Given that these parties have settled the matter, this case should be dismissed. Any failure to satisfy the terms of the parties settlement agreement, including payment, should be enforced in a subsequent lawsuit. Accordingly, this case is dismissed.
