MINUTE ORDER(In Chambers): by Judge Otis D. Wright, II. On April 22, 2019, the Court approved the parties' stipulation regarding early mediation and ordered the parties to "schedule and participate in an early, private mediation within ninety (90) days." (ECF No. #11 .) The Court ordered the parties to file a Joint Status Report upon the scheduling of the mediation and upon the completion of the mediation, pursuant to the parties' stipulation.
