Filing 16 MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS - COURT ORDER by Judge Percy Anderson. On March 21, 2019, the Court issued an Order dismissing the complaint filed by plaintiff Bitseller Expert Limited (Plaintiff) against defendant Verisign, Inc. (Defendant) with leave to amend, and ordered Plaintiff to show cause why this action should not be dismissed or transferred for improper venue. (Docket No. #11 .) The Court is now in receipt of Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint(FAC, Docket No. #14 ) and response to the Order to Show Cause (Docket No. #15 ). Defendant has not appeared in this action. For the foregoing reasons, the Court concludes that Plaintiff has failed to establish that venue is proper in this District. Accordingly, the Court dismisses this action without prejudice for improper venue. IT IS SO ORDERED. (Made JS-6. Case Terminated.) (lom) |
