MINUTE ORDER (In Chambers): The Court issues the following Order regarding the Parties' Joint Claim Construction Statement (Dkt. 76) by Judge Philip S. Gutierrez: The Court has reviewed the Joint Claim Construction Statement ("JCCS") filed by Plaintiffs Jiaxing Super Lighting Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. and Obert, Inc. (collectively, "Plaintiffs") and Defendant MaxLite, Inc. ("Defendant"), which identifies 36 terms. Dkt. no. 76. The Court will construe a maximum of ten terms, to be selected by the parties. No additional terms will be construed unless good cause is shown. Where the parties cannot agree that the terms would be efficiently addressed together, the terms shall count as separate terms. The parties' Opening Claim Construction Briefs shall not exceed 25 pages. The parties' Responsive Claim Construction Briefs shall not exceed 12 pages.
