ORDER GRANTING IN PART AND DENYING IN PART DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR JUDGMENT ON THE PLEADINGS [Dkt. 54] by Judge Cormac J. Carney. For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' motion for judgment on the pleadings is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. The motion is DENIED as to MoTek's claims for intentional and negligent interference with prospective business relations, the California Comprehensive Computer Data Access and Fraud Act, and unfair business practices. The motion is GRANTED as to MoTeks claims for breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, conversion, and receipt of stolen property.
