ORDER GRANTING STIPULATION FOR BINDING ARBITRATION AND STAY OF ACTION by Judge Philip S. Gutierrez, re Stipulation to Stay Case #12 : GOOD CAUSE appearing therefore, it is hereby ordered that: 1. This matter is ordered to binding arbitration in accordance with the Binding Arbitration Agreement agreed to by Plaintiff and Defendant (collectively, the "Parties"), which encompass Plaintiff's claims in the instant action; and 2. All proceedings in this matter are stayed pending the completion of binding arbitration between the Parties and the Court maintains jurisdiction to (a) enforce the terms of this stipulation; (b) confirm the arbitration award rendered in the instant action; and (c) make any other orders it deems necessary and proper. 3.
