Kronstadt, the Stipulation is GRANTED as follows: (1) All claims alleged in Plaintiff against Defendant shall be submitted to binding arbitration pursuant to the Promissory Note and the arbitration provision contained therein. (2) This action is stayed and placed on the Court's inactive calendar. (3) The parties shall file a joint report as to the status of the arbitration proceedings on the earlier of every 90 days, or within 10 days of a final decision in the arbitration, including whether the case should be placed back on the Court's active calendar.
