MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS by Judge Percy Anderson. The Court has been advised by counsel that this matter has settled. The parties have ten (10) days from the date of this order or until the next scheduled court appearance, whichever is shorter, to file with the court a dismissal of the action or to appear, in-person or telephonically with their clients, to place the settlement on the record. The Court has also reviewed plaintiff's Response to the Court's November 18,2019 Order to Show Cause. Plaintiff's Response is inconsistent with the Proof ofService plaintiff filed on October 17, 2019 (Docket No. 10). The Court therefore concludes that plaintiff has not satisfactorily responded to the Order to Show Cause. Unless the parties place the settlement on the record or this action is dismissed, plaintiff shall file a further Response to the Order to Show Cause by no later than December 23, 2019. (mrgo)
