Walsh. On Thursday July 30, 2020 at 1:30 p.m., the case was called and appearances were made (all viatelephone). Respondent Dai Wei is ordered to respond to all outstanding discovery requests and produce all outstanding discovery no later than Wednesday 8/5/2020 at 5PM.. To the extent that Dai Wei had any objections to the discovery, they are waived because he failed to raise them on time.
