Nordstrom, Inc., et al. and LA CV19-10367JAK (PLAx)) are deemed the "Consolidated Actions." 3. All future filings shall be made in the docket of the Lead Case only and shall bear the following caption: UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT CENTRAL DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA; In Re: Nordstrom, Inc., et al.) Lead Case No. LA CV18-10727 JAK. (4) Case No. LA CV19-10367 JAK (PLAx): Ashley Rogers v. Nordstrom, Inc., et al. is ordered closed.
