(2) The hearing date of 3/30/2020 for Specially Appearing Defendant's Motion to Dismiss (Dkt. #11 ) and Scheduling Conference are VACATED and taken off the Court's motion calendar. (3) On or before 2/13/2020, the parties shall file a joint status report stating the procedural status of settlement negotiations, whether further time is requested to complete them, or whether the stay should be lifted so that the parties can proceed with the litigation. (4) If the stay is lifted, Specially Appearing Defendant shall re-notice the hearing for its Motion to Dismiss, and the parties shall file opposition and reply briefs in accordance with Local Rules 6-1, 7, and this Court's Standing Order.
