Va Voom, et al., Case No. LA CV20-00149 JAK (JEMx) (C.D. Cal.) ("Dasan I") and Dasan Trading, Co, Ltd. v. Va Va Voom, et al., Case No. LA CV20-00150 JAK (AGRx) (C.D. Cal.) ("Dasan II"), There is sufficient good cause to consolidate the two actions. They involve the same parties and parallel claims. Consolidation will conserve both party and judicial resources. Consequently, the actions are consolidated, and all filings as to the claims asserted originally in either action shall be filed solely on the docket in Dasan I. Within seven days of the issuance of this Order, counsel for the parties who have appeared in Dasan I shall meet and confer to discuss the following issues: (1) whether counsel for Va Va Voom in Dasan I will also represent Va Va Voom in Dasan II; (2) whether Va Va Voom intends to move to set aside the Clerk's Entry of Default in Dasan II (the "Default" (Dasan II, Dkt. 14)) and, if so, whether Plaintiff will stipulate to having the Clerk do so; and (3) if counsel for Va Va Voom in Dasan I will also represent it in Dasan II, a proposed schedule for all pretrial proceedings in the now consolidated action.
