Therefore this action is automatically stayed under U.S.C. Section 362(a). Furthermore, Respondent filed a petition to vacate the same arbitration award in a related case, Louis Fabale, D.C., v. UnitedCare Services Inc., 20-cv00866-CBM-MRW. Therefore, the Court stays further proceedings in both cases. The parties are ordered to file a report with the Court regarding the status of the bankruptcy n later than March 19, 2020. (shb)
