Filing 13 MINUTE ORDER RE: PRELIMINARY CASE DATES held before Magistrate Judge Michael R. Wilner. 1. The Court held a telephonic case management hearing with the parties today. Based on that discussion, the Court sets the following preliminary schedule. 2. The parties will exchange initial disclosures by no later than April 24. 3. Home Depot will file and attempt service of any third-party complaint alleging counterclaims by May 8. No amendments to the pleadings will be considered after that date but for good cause shown. 4. There will be a continued case management conference (telephone participation OK) on Wednesday, May 13, at 9:30 a.m. The parties will be expected to discuss updated case dates and discovery plans on that call, particularly if Home Depot elects not to bring the manufacturer in to the action.
