ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF UNITED STATES OF AMERICA'S PETITION TO ENFORCE IRS SUMMONS issued to Lakeview Hospice Care, Inc. #1 by Judge Otis D. Wright, II: The hearing on the order to show cause calendared for March 23, 2020, at 1:30 p.m. is VACATED. On April 21, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., LHC shall comply with the IRS summons by appearing before the IRS at its office located at 801 Civic Center Drive West, Santa Ana, California 92701. At that time, LHC shall give testimony and produce the books, records, papers, and other data requested in the IRS summons. The United States shall serve a copy of this Order and a copy of its Notice of Respondents Failure to Respond to Order to Show Cause on LHC by personally serving one of LHCs corporate officers or by sending copies of the documents to LHCs business address via certified mail..
