February 5, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 23 (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER DISMISSING CASE WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO REOPENING WITHIN 30 DAYS by Judge John A. Kronstadt. In light of the Mediation Report filed November 10, 2020(Dkt. #21 ) indicating the case settled, the Court orders that this action is dismissed without prejudice. Such stipulation shall be filed within the aforementioned 30-day period, or by such later date ordered by the Court pursuant to a stipulation by the parties that conforms the requirements of a showing of good cause stated above. Kronstadt: In light of the Mediation Report (Dkt. #21 ), the Post Mediation Status Conference scheduled for November 23, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. is taken off calendar. An Order to Show Cause re Dismissal is set for February 8, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. Counsel may attend telephonically. To do so they shall contact the Courtroom Deputy Clerk on or after February 4, 2021 to request the dial in information.
