ORDER DECLINING TO EXERCISE SUPPLEMENTAL JURISDICTION OVER PLAINTIFF'S UNRUH ACT CLAIM AND RELATED STATE LAW CLAIMS by Judge Cormac J. Carney. Before the Court is Plaintiff's response to this Court's order to show cause as to why it should not decline to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Plaintiff's Unruh Act claim and other state law claims. (Dkt. #11 .) For the foregoing reasons, the Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Plaintiff's Unruh Act claim and other state law claims. These claims are hereby DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE for Plaintiff to assert them in state court. The Court retains jurisdiction over Plaintiff's ADA claim. (lom)
