This amount represents the benefit payable under the insurance policy that is at issue ($100,000.00), interest on the same ($2771.23) and the premium refund ($104.66). Pursuant to FRCP 67, leave is granted for Primerica Life Insurance Company, or its authorized agent or representative, to deposit with the Clerk of the Court a check made payable to the "Clerk, U.S. District Court Central District of California" in the amount of $102,875.89, plus any accrued interest since the date of the Application.
