ORDER RE REQUEST TO PROCEED WITHOUT PREPAYMENT OF FILING FEES by Judge Dolly M. Gee: Denying #2 REQUEST for Leave to Proceed without Prepayment of Filing Fee, and this case is hereby DISMISSED immediately.
