For all of the foregoing reasons, the Court concludes that Plaintiff has failed to establish his standing to obtain injunctive relief. Because the only claim remaining in this action was Plaintiff's claim for injunctive relief under the ADA, for which Plaintiff has failed to establish standing, the Court denies Plaintiffs Motion for Default Judgment and dismisses this action for lack of Article III standing. Civ. Code 51-53. It appears that the Court possesses only supplemental jurisdiction over the Unruh Act claim, and any other state law claim that plaintiff may have alleged, pursuant to the Court's supplemental jurisdiction.
